App privacy

Information used by the app

We use your sign-in email, account identifier and authentication information to create and secure your account. We save the interests, conversations with Del, questionnaire answers, educational reports, learning notes, saved resources and audio progress that you choose to use. These may include health information you voluntarily share. Purchase records, credit balances and subscription status let us deliver purchases and restore access. Technical request and error logs help secure and operate the service.

Service providers and external links

Google Firebase authenticates accounts. Google Cloud hosts the app and its records. Del sends your message and relevant conversation context to Google's AI service to generate replies. Del is AI, not a human clinician. Stripe processes web purchases, and Google Play processes Android purchases. Oak receives payment status and transaction identifiers, not your full payment-card details. We use these providers to deliver the app, not to sell your health information or target advertising from your conversations.

Opening a YouTube video, article, Google Meet session, community, program page or Fullscript store takes you to that provider, whose privacy terms apply. The app does not automatically share your Del history with those destinations. A question you submit for the member Q&A is shared with the Oak host; a Del reply you report is shared with Oak for review. Do not include information you do not want the host or reviewer to see.

Your choices and retention

Conversations and learning data remain in your account until you clear them or request deletion. You can clear Del history in Account. Clearing history does not delete separately saved reports, notes, purchase records or submitted support requests. Oak retains necessary transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations; these are restricted to those purposes. Operational logs and backups may remain until their normal retention period ends. You can request details of any exception applicable to your account.

Access is restricted to authenticated members and authorized service or support roles. Data is encrypted in transit. No online service can promise absolute security.

Account and data deletion

Request deletion of your account and associated app data. You can do this in Account or by email without reinstalling the app. Oak verifies your identity, reviews active subscriptions and processes the request. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain any required retention or delay. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.

Audience and health information

Oak Health is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It provides education, not diagnosis, emergency care or a substitute for individualized care. We do not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or Health Connect data in this release.
